Scope of Application:
This data protection declaration provides users with information about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data as collected and used by the responsible provider. The German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG) provide the legal framework for data protection. It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal information. As far as personal data is collected on our pages, (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses), this is carried out, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be distributed to third parties without your consent.

Collecting general information:
Every time you access this offering, information is automatically collected by us or the webspace provider. This information, which is also referred to as server log files, are of a general nature and allow no conclusions to be drawn about you as a person. Without this data, it would be technically impossible in part to deliver and present the content of the website. In this respect, the collection of data is absolutely necessary. In addition, we use the anonymous information for statistical purposes. This helps us to optimise the offering and the technology. In addition, we reserve the right to check the log files in the event that an illegal use of our offering is suspected.

Handling of personal data:
Definition: all information that can clearly identify a person is considered personal data. It therefore includes data that can be traced back to a person. This personal data includes first names and surnames, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. Withdrawal of your consent to data processing:
Certain data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. Consent you have given previously can be withdrawn at any time. An informal notification by email suffices for withdrawal. The lawfulness of the data processing performed before the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority:

Google AdWords:
This website uses the "Google AdWords" online advertising programme and uses it as part of conversion tracking. This means that Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer if you reached our website by clicking on a Google advert. These cookies will expire after 30 days and are not personally identifiable. If the user visits certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that the user clicked on the advert and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected through the conversion cookies is used to create conversion stats for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. The customers discover the total number of users who have clicked on their advert and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. Therefore, they do not receive any information that can identify the user personally. If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can easily disable the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via your Internet browser under user settings. You will then not be recorded in the Conversion Tracking Statistics. You can learn more about Google's data protection regulations at http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
